"I welcome you to the website of the Provincial Grand Lodge of Mark Master Masons of Essex and I trust that you will find the following pages to be both interesting and informative.
Not only do I trust that Mark Master Masons in general and Essex Mark Master Masons in particular will be kept up to date with what is occurring within the Province but I also hope that non-Mark Master Masons may be encouraged to extend their researches into both the Mark and Royal Ark Mariner Degrees. I thank you for your interest and please visit our site again." "Every so often a Province will be given the opportunity to host the Mark Benevolent Fund Festival and it will be the 5th time that Essex has been given this honour, having hosted it in 1899, 1932, 1957 and 1992. Essex will be hosting the Mark Benevolent Fund Festival in 2030. Leading up to the MBF Festival celebrations, the Province will look to raise a sum of money that goes towards the MBF, which is then used for distribution to charitable causes. A Festival committee has been formed and plans are underway for a series of fundraising events, including family fun days and repeat of the magnificent auction that was held in 2017." R.W.Bro.
