The Provincial Membership Strategy Group is pleased to announce the introduction of the Essex Mark Keystone Lecture scheme.
This is, and will continue to be, an annual competition beginning on 1 October each year with entries accepted through till the end of March the following year. From the entries received a review team will present a short-list of 3 to the Prov.G.M. who will decide the winner and announce it during the annual Provincial meeting at Felsted that year.
The intention is to provide talks of interest on Mark Masonry and related subjects that would be given by the author and other selected brethren in a number of Lodges around the province during that year, and are archived on the Provincial website for future reference or use in a meeting where no work is planned.

- Mark Masonry related including biography’s:
- History – Essex Province or wider Mark history
- Ritual, esoteric or general knowledge
- Orders related to Mark Masonry
- Mark Masonry related including biography’s:
- The yearly competition begins 1st October and end 31st March the following year
- Size of talk/paper – no more than 3000 words for a 10-15 minute paper
- A4 size paper
- Word (.Docx) or Pdf Format
- Calibri 14pt fount minimum
- Papers must be the original work of the submitting author with source references and any pictures clearly identified to ensure compliance with copyright laws
